We’re looking for someone who: Dreams Big: ambitious, passionate and out to achieve MASSIVE goals Customer-centric: We care about our customers and strive to provide them with the best solutions Celebrates both Success & Failure: Rejoicing the wins but also reflecting, learning & improving proactively when there are defeats Honesty and Integrity: we appreciate respectful feedback Problem Solver: You’re a fixer and not a complainer Actionable: Work and make SMART decisions fast with conviction What you’ll do: Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve company objectives Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies Manage B2 B and B2 C marketing campaigns from conception to execution Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as clients, partners, and industry influencers Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in B2 B and B2 C marketing Manage a marketing team What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 8 years prior experience in B2 B and B2 C marketing roles Experience across EMEA and APAC regions Experience in team management Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM software such as Hubspot Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Creative thinking with a problem-solving attitude What you’ll enjoy: Cosmose provides employees with a great platform to immerse and learn about the most exciting, innovative, and disrupting technologies on offline behavior solutions; unveiling untapped opportunities and profits in the industry.
