Job Description As Head of Growth - Global Markets, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive product adoption, awareness, and revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management and sales teams to ensure successful product launches, market positioning, and go-to-market plans. Key Responsibilities: Conduct market research and analysis to identify key customer segments, trends, and competitive landscape. Develop and maintain buyer personas, messaging frameworks, and positioning for the product portfolio. Create compelling marketing content including product collateral, website copy, and sales enablement materials. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and design for marketing campaigns. Work with sales teams to develop training materials and support product demonstrations. Manage product launches and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. Global partner management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Strong understanding of B2 B marketing, product launch, and go-to-market strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience working with cross-functional teams including product management and sales teams. Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
