JOB DESCRIPTION AND REQUIREMENTS The Regional Solutions Manager (“Manager”) is a key commercial position that is dedicated to delivering Mesh Bio’s healthcare software solutions to customers and partners. The Manager is expected to lead and work together with other company functions in meeting customers’ needs. This is people management. Job Description Drive sales traction and growth Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our solutions offerings. Identify the customer needs in new markets and map how our solutions address their pain points. Generate leads and establish and nurture client relationships. Establish lighthouses in new markets. Drive and achieve regional sales target. Defend and maintain the current Customers in key established markets. Demonstrate effective team leadership and supervision Develop skills continuously for hiring, training, and leading team members, and ensure that they are using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives. Hire, train, motivate, and manage Solutions Consultants to achieve the sales target Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans for filling them. Ensure that company quotas are met by holding weekly check-ins with sales team to set objectives and monitor progress. Contribute to sales strategy and execute growth plans Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts. Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends the company's regional reach. Contribute as necessary to needs that might arise to support Mesh Bio’s growth objectives. Requirements Min Bachelor's degree in Life/ Biomedical Sciences 3 - 5 years of prior sales experience, preferably in a commercial role within a healthcare or life sciences company Proven record of success with the entire sales process knowledge from planning, lead generation to closing. Self-Starter who has a “Hunter and Challenger Mindset”Resourceful and passionate in driving change for a better outcome Personality requirements: Driven, client-oriented, great time management skills, organised, independent and able to function in a dynamic start-up environment, highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, hands‐on, pragmatic, and able to work independently when required. The role demands a leader who has a sharp mind and an ability to coach, advise, motivate solution consultants while building and maintaining a high-performance team. Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
