Regional Marketing Manager to drive the Flash Solutions activities in AP region. Extend the Flash Solutions business activities in the region while being on top of the market trends and drive constructive feedback to the product line team. Act as the Flash Solution’s evangelist and develop new business while cooperation with the local sales and marketing teams across all target segments and across all Infineon divisions.

In your new role you will:

- Lead and orchestrate as **Manager Flash Marketing **in all business development activities across the region. Represent the **product line **in the region for all customer-facing activities while bringing critical feedback to the central product line team for the purpose of continuous improvement. As a manager with a **strong entrepreneurial spirit, **business acumen, and excellent analytical skills, drive profitable growth of **Flash products at AP **region through winning and nurturing customer relationships.
- Assess the business opportunities at the **region **, be a top of them, and reflect the expected revenue from the region
- Exploring for **new opportunities, product synergies and partnerships. **Identify market trends and new market opportunities.
- Developing a **strategy for long term revenue **and **profit growth **at the region
- Be the trusted advisor for your customers and the sales organization at the region, with a can-do attitude and world-class service orientation.
- Support sales with trainings and collateral
- Contribute to **market research **by region and market segment, providing inputs to a TAM/SAM/SOM market model used for business planning
- Effectively **position our products **at the customers in our **target markets**:

- Developing sales opportunity funnel of Design Wins and Business Wins to fuel future profitable growth
- Maintaining ac **curate quarterly and annual revenue forecasts **and achieve them
- Closely work with **product marketing **on a winning product roadmap

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Min education qualification in **Bachelor Degree/ Maste **r in Engineering/ Business related
- **Min 10 years **of business development and product marketing experience
- Experience in cross-culture business environment
- **Proven track record **of **driving revenue growth **at superior margins
- Strong analytical and planning skills combined with the ability to make the numbers
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- **Business travel will be required**
