Executive Assistant to Director

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an
Executive Assistant to the Director (with Assistant Manager responsibilities).
This is a key role to ensure our kids club runs smoothly, supporting both the Founder/Director and the day-to-day operations of the club.
What you'll do:
- Act as the right-hand support to the Director in managing club operations
- Oversee rostering, scheduling, and administrative duties
- Coordinate and support children's camps, classes, and events
- Liaise with parents and ensure excellent communication & service
- Ensure the club is maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly manner
- Support staff management and assist with on-ground logistics
- Handle executive assistant responsibilities, including planning, coordination, and follow-ups
