Job Description:
As an Executive Assistant Intern to the Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the Director's office operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work side-by-side with the Director and leadership team to multiply effectiveness and efforts.
- In partnership with the leadership team, ensure the successful operation within the organization. Problem solve, create process, and execute on business operations tasks.
- Proactively address pressing business issues that need immediate attention.
- Help strategic ideas take root and provide early facilitation.
- Continuously seek to improve processes and streamline collaboration across team members. Communicate project status to stakeholders and key project participants.
- Office management involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of an office environment to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule, organize, and prepare materials for meetings, including agenda creation and follow-up on action items.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on various topics, gather data, and prepare reports or presentations for the Director's use.
- Project Support: Assist the Director in special projects, initiatives, and ad-hoc tasks as needed, providing critical support to ensure successful outcomes.
- Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and executive matters.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $1,400.00 - $2,500.00 per month
