Role Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Head of Commercial to take full ownership of revenue growth in Singapore’s clinical market. You will be responsible for developing and executing our commercial strategy to scale monthly sales. This is a high-impact, results-driven role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue Growth : Achieve 10x revenue growth from clinics in Singapore within 6 months. Manage a robust sales pipeline and convert leads into long-term partnerships. Strategic Execution : Develop a go-to-market plan focused on addressing clinic pain points, especially in primary care and specialties. Define the pricing and positioning of Nalagenetics' solutions. Lead Sales Team : Build and lead a high-performing sales team. Set clear KPIs and sales processes to ensure success. Close key deals with clinics and group practices. Customer & Market Insights : Understand clinician needs and patient motivations. Provide actionable feedback to the product and marketing teams, and represent Nalagenetics at industry events. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to align on messaging, customer success, and onboarding. Ensure compliance and credibility in all communications. Requirements 7–10 years of experience in healthcare, diagnostics, life sciences, or medical technology sales. Proven ability to deliver aggressive sales growth targets in B2B clinical settings. Experience selling to or working with clinics, healthcare providers, or medical groups in Singapore. Strong leadership skills, with a hands-on, execution-first mindset. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Knowledge of genetic testing, lab services, or precision medicine is a strong advantage.
