**Commercial Manager - Singapore** As we're growing to become the biggest and most loved brand, we are looking for a Commercial Manager, Singapore This role is based in Singapore. **As Commercial Manager, your key objectives will be to**: - Partner with the Head of Commercial to develop long term strategic plans with regional teams and develop GTM plans to put strategy in action - Fully own lifecycle management for the Singapore business and provide recommendations to the Head of Commercial to grow telco and non-telco revenue streams - Actively develop unconventional and cost-efficient channels to build and grow our subscriber base - Support the Head of Commercial in providing best-in-class relationship management to our partner MNO (Mobile Network Operator) - Coordinate with centralised Digital marketing and brand marketing functions for optimal effect - Adopt efficient tools, systems, and processes to drive sustainable growth, including relevant metrics and KPIs on the various growth initiatives **We are looking for individuals who**: - Have a proven track record of developing products and services from scratch, ideally "end-to-end" from idea conceptualization to successful execution - Have 5-7 years of experience in an internet/ technology, ideally working within a fast-paced and competitive environment, preferable one that has experienced rapid growth and expansion - telco experience desirable but not essential - Have demonstrable ability of ownership, as well as a growth mindset, ideally able to influence and leverage internal resources across various teams to achieve business goals - Are Results-driven: someone who drives towards top business performance/ pushes to meet or beat goals - Are Proactive: acts without being told what to do, brings new ideas to the company, and moves quickly and takes a stand without being overly abrasive - Possess Analytical skills: able to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data to draw insightful conclusions from it **BENEFITS** One of Circles.Life's key missions is to build the best place to work and grow.
