Job Title: Commercial Manager (International Markets)
Location: Singapore
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build relationships with vendors and business partners
- Scrutinize tender/contract documents and advising on contractual risks and commercial strategy with vendors and business partners
- Ensuring compliance with contract requirement with the legal team to finalize contracts
- Develop and execute strategic plans for international markets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Analyze market trends and recommend strategies to increase revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of commercial initiatives
- Provide regular reports on market trends, competitive landscape, and commercial performance to the Commercial Director
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other relevant forums
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Commercial Director and Management
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a commercial management role, preferably in the Mobile App and Web3 industry
- Resourceful, inventive and disciplined.
- Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Effective negotiations, communication and interpersonal skills includes networking capabilities
- Attention to detail and good time management.
- Knowledge of Middle East and Southeast Asia markets is a bonus
- Good command of oral and written English and Chinese
