**Role** **Summary**:
Country Commercial Head (CCH), Singapore and Malaysia, is accountable for the overall success of the markets:
- To drive company’s diversified specialty BioPharma strategy across all TAs
- To drive continued high growth in line with Budget plans
- To provide inspirational and strategic leadership, as well as overall direction for the commercial activities of the business
- To be visible and active in engaging external stakeholders (key customers, health authorities, industry association, advocacy groups, etc.)
- To maximisz business profitability by effectively managing resources and expense drivers
- To ensure business objectives are achieved with the highest levels of integrity, compliance as well as employee engagement
**Key** **Role** **Accountabilities**:
**Strategy** & **Execution**:
- Assumes full P&L responsibility for Singapore and Malaysia.
- Oversees all commercial functions and leads through partnership with global/enabling functions including but not limited to: regulatory, medical, HR, finance, legal, compliance, corporate affairs, and clinical operations.
- Leads the development and execution of customer-focused strategy to drive superior short-term and long-term market performance through effective investment, innovation, resource allocation and prioritization.
- Oversees strategic decision making and adaptation where necessary to maximize opportunities for growth and in line with the changing external landscape.

- Demonstrates the business ethics and judgment to enforce internal controls in line with the company’s policies and procedures and maintains the compliance.
- Builds and develops strong cross-functional teams with a cohesive and collaborative culture that embraces diversity and drives employee engagement.

- Builds and manages a high-performance team with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement to overcome challenges.
**Stakeholder Engagement** & **Communication**:
- .Leads the commercialization team to efficiently navigate complex decision-making and play an active role in the BMS community.
- Manages integration points and outbound/inbound communications with key stakeholders across all BMS enabling function/commercial areas to ensure alignment.
**Technical expertise**:
- Ability to stay up to date with the science
- Creation of detailed business plans, in line with WW commercial strategy
- Launch excellence
- Establish relationships with key external stakeholders to influence government healthcare policy and access framework
- Build strong business cases to gain internal approval from WW Pricing and support access negotiations
**Requirements**:
- BA/BS with MBA or other advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of pharmaceutical/healthcare experience, with 5+ years of general management experience and/or Business Unit Lead experience in a medium to large market
- Ability to set and implement the strategy related to managing a successful business
- Successful track record of driving growth, managing a team with P&L responsibilities, demonstrating tangible and significant business impact
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, and strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills in a highly matrix environment
- Ability to formulate and communicate strategic thinking in a highly complex environment
- Proven success of change and innovation management combined with the right sense of priority, focus and results
- Excellent leadership skills; with a strong ability to build, coach, motivate and develop a strongly competent and diverse team
