The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for Overseas Collaboration (ORC) - IPP Scheme, which involves collaborations with overseas universities and industry partners
  • Handling all inquiries and matters related to the ORC-IPP scheme
  • Reviewing applications to ensure compliance with the respective MOE-approved agreement under the scheme
  • Coordinating and liaising with schools and central offices on the admission of applicants under the scheme
  • Liaising with collaboration parties to resolve administrative issues in line with University policies and guidelines
  • Compiling, processing, and analysing admission data on the scheme for regular and up-to-date reporting
  • Handling and managing all student matters related to the scheme
  • Providing support in planning and organising outreach events
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the tertiary education sector
  • Strong proficiency in speaking Mandarin
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office application software
  • People-oriented and a team player
