About the Position

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our graduate programmes team as an Assistant Manager/Senior Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end administration of graduate programmes, including admission, programme management, student administration, and other related portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Admissions Administration:
    • Oversee the admissions process from application review to offer issuance.
    • Manage admissions and application processes in alignment with timelines.
    • Collaborate with NTU units and partner universities on admission processes.
    • Maintain and improve admissions systems and processes.
    • Participate in outreach activities such as information sessions and recruitment fairs.
    • Conduct admission briefing sessions and provide consultation for potential applicants.
    • Analyse applications, admissions, and scholarships data to inform outreach and admissions strategies.
  • Programme Management:
    • Manage planning and administrative processes for graduate programmes.
    • Oversee timetabling planning and enrolment projections.
    • Support course registration and vacancy management.
    • Oversee proposal submissions for new and revised courses.
    • Manage programme teaching requests and course materials dissemination.
    • Track and monitor budgets for graduate coursework and continuing education programmes.
  • Student Administration:
    • Manage student matters, including leave of absence, withdrawal, and appeals.
    • Provide academic advising to students on course planning and prerequisite requirements.
    • Monitor student progression to ensure completion of graduation requirements.
  • Exam Management:
    • Coordinate marks submission and support marks entry for part-time instructors.
    • Prepare reports for the Board of Examiners meeting.
    • Manage post-examination process, including finalised marks submission.
  • Events:
    • Conceptualise and organise key events for graduate students.
    • Oversee event planning and administration with external parties.
    • Support university-wide events such as convocation ceremonies.
  • General Administration:
    • Supervise procurement and finance matters.
    • Develop comprehensive data management system for outreach and collaboration efforts.
    • Consolidate academic data and reports for management update.
