Key Responsibilities: Market Leadership : Take charge of identifying and seizing new business opportunities by thoroughly analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. You'll develop and execute product strategies that are perfectly tailored to the evolving diagnostic radiology landscape. Data-Driven Decision Making : Utilize market insights and sales data to sharpen strategies and ensure products are precisely aligned with the needs of healthcare providers and patients. Client Engagement & Product Launches : Spearhead impactful product launches that resonate with client expectations and market demands. You'll be responsible for positioning the product portfolio through compelling presentations, trade shows, and strategic client engagements. Product Launch Oversight : Oversee the full product launch cycle, ensuring smooth execution across all regions for the product segment. Product Lifecycle Management : Lead the product lifecycle from initial launch to final phase-out, ensuring ongoing profitability, relevance, and impact in the marketplace. Strategic Development : Implement cutting-edge strategies that elevate product segment performance, enhance revenue, and streamline operational efficiency. Revenue & Profit Growth : Drive your product segment to meet and surpass sales revenue and gross profit targets set in the business plan. Team Leadership : Provide visionary leadership and guidance to the regional sales teams, empowering them with the strategies needed to meet and exceed product segment goals. Sales Strategy Execution : Craft and execute territory-specific sales strategies, identifying potential clients through rigorous market research, networking, and competitor analysis. Compelling Presentations : Deliver powerful, value-driven presentations that showcase the unique offerings of your products in pitches, trade shows, and other key opportunities. Relationship Building : Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with new and existing customers to drive growth and strengthen the company's market presence. Growth & Expansion : Collaborate with Business Unit Head to identify new growth avenues and expand the product segment through dynamic business development programs. Qualifications and Requirements: Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Radiology Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields. Advanced degree is an advantage. Experience : Over 3 years of experience in Diagnostic Radiology in the SEA region. Experience in product management, marketing, or sales in the healthcare industry is preferred. Expert Knowledge : Expertise in Diagnostic Radiology products, solutions, and their applications. Strategic Leader : A combination of marketing, technical, and business skills is essential for successfully leading product development and commercialization strategies. Client-Focused : Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clients, and regional stakeholders. Technical Aptitude : Capability to translate technical details for diverse audiences and ensure they understand the product’s value. Regional Travels : Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
