Job Description Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for global and regional Cloud & Tech roles, including job scoping, sourcing, screening, stakeholder coordination, and offer management. Partner closely with hiring managers, technical stakeholders, and HR peers to understand evolving Cloud/Tech hiring needs and shape recruitment strategies that align with business goals. Build and maintain deep talent networks across Cloud/Tech disciplines, including SRE, Infrastructure, Backend positions as well as Go-T-Market positions such as pre-sales solution architects, business development, customer success etc Craft customized sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles, leveraging multiple channels such as GitHub, ArXiv, Kaggle, academic institutions, conferences, and Cloud/Tech communities. Deliver strong candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador for Tencent in global Cloud/Tech talent markets. Track and analyse hiring metrics and develop talent intelligence reports to inform recruitment decisions, market positioning, and competitor benchmarking. Actively engage in employer branding initiatives related to Cloud and tech hiring to attract top-tier talent in a competitive market. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related fields. 5–8 years of recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on Cloud, SRE/Cloud, GTM related tech hiring. Proven ability to work with technical stakeholders and engineering leaders in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Ability to adapt to cross-regional and cross-cultural work patterns. Great teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, and fast-learning ability.
