Overview Are you a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition professional looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing Reinsurance business, based in Singapore, to manage recruitment delivery domestically and across our wider APAC locations. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition (London), this is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Gallagher Re as we continue to expand globally. This is a hands‐on recruitment delivery role leading senior hiring through to early careers, with some strategic hiring projects for good measure. All while fostering a best‐in‐class recruitment experience for both candidates and stakeholders. How You'll Make an Impact Actively source and engage talent through innovative and traditional channels, developing robust pipelines of both active and passive candidates. Build trusted relationships with hiring managers, leadership and HR colleagues, providing advice and consultancy on recruitment strategy, market trends, salary benchmarks and competitor analysis. Deliver an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience, ensuring all candidates are informed, prepared, and inspired throughout the hiring process. Partner with recruitment marketing to enhance Gallagher's employer brand, utilising compelling candidate materials that showcase our unique culture and opportunities. Collaborate with L&D to implement effective selection methods, including the use of assessment tools, to ensure informed hiring decisions. Ensure a consistent, detailed, and data-driven recruitment approach, aligning with global SOPs and policies. Actively champion and embed Inclusion & Diversity throughout the recruitment process, coaching stakeholders to embrace and engage with our I&D strategy. Drive quality improvements and implement best practices to elevate the Talent Acquisition function. About You Experience in full-cycle recruiting within an in‐house TA role, embedded RPO, or agency. Experience in (Re)insurance sector is essential, whether from a broking or background. Specific Reinsurance market knowledge would be highly advantageous. Exceptional ability to source talent through passive and active channels for various business divisions, roles and levels. Thorough knowledge of the insurance markets, including competitors, compensation trends and market moves. Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels, including senior management. Skilled in coordinating multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
