Project Director Role

We are seeking an accomplished Project Director to lead our construction projects from inception to completion.

About the Role

The successful candidate will oversee project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Monitoring site progress and conducting regular inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Managing project risks, resolving issues, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and company standards.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in construction project management.
  • Experience in HDB Projects is highly desirable.
  • A proven track record in delivering commercial or infrastructure projects successfully.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
