Job Title: Construction Operations Director

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced construction operations director to lead our site operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth execution of construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage document and drawing submissions, ensuring updated versions are distributed to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate site activities, resources, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, review construction drawings, and monitor progress through regular meetings.
  • Oversee procurement, material usage, inspections, and maintain accurate site records and reports.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in building or civil construction projects.
  • Strong skills in site coordination, project risk assessment, and construction documentation.
  • Knowledge of QOSHE standards and ability to ensure compliance on-site.
