Job Title:
Project Director (Construction Management)

As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction project lifecycle from planning to completion. Your scope will include managing project leadership and delivery, stakeholder management, planning and documentation, site and safety oversight, and team management.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, government authorities, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and resolution of issues.
  • Prepare and review detailed programmes, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, and risk assessment plans.
  • Maintain high safety and operational standards by conducting regular site coordination and safety meetings.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the project team to achieve performance excellence and deliver results aligned with project goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and completing at least one full HDB project from start to handover.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound knowledge of construction standards, statutory requirements, and best practices in Singapore.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make decisive judgments.
