Senior Construction Director

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain continuous oversight of project progress, resolve issues and ensure on-time completion.
  • Enforce adherence to safety, health and environmental regulations.
  • Coordinate procurement, contracts and resource allocation.
  • Nurture strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Promote ongoing process improvement in quality control and cost efficiency.
  • Foster a skilled construction team through recruitment, training and mentorship.
