RESPONSIBILITIES
HR & ADMIN - Assist the HR Manager in carrying out the day-to-day HR, Administrative and IT duties.
Coordinate and schedule interviews for new hires.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, setting up workstation, issuance of uniforms, exit interviews, IT devices setup etc.
Perform work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Organize, update and maintain accurate employee personnel files and documentation in HR database.
Administer company’s insurance and employees’ insurance, including enrolment, termination and PCP matters.
Render assistance on all info-tech related matters such as mobile access and claims.
Manage dormitory matters, including home leave check in and out, tenancy renewals. Liaise with Dorm operator for all HR Admin related matters.
Handle training timetable and registration including but not limiting to CSOC, CoreTrade and other courses. Update and maintain proper training record for tracking and audit purposes.
Provide administrative support, such as replenishment of stationary, F&B, company T Shirts and name cards etc. Handle all company’s vehicles matters including insurance, inspection, road taxes and traffic offences.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
ACCOUNTS - Assist the Accounts Team with Debts Recovery
Perform Debts collection duties. Ensure healthy debtors’ ratio.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of HR related working experiences in the Construction sector.
Well verse with manpower law and employment practices.
Proficiency with HR software such as Info-Tech.
Meticulous, systematic with strong communication skills
Good team player.
