Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team to success. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for the overall financial and business performance of the restaurant.
Daily Operations & Customer Handling:
You will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run smoothly and efficiently. This includes monitoring performance standards, managing inventory, and maintaining high-quality customer service.
- Responsible for achieving monthly sales targets by deploying effective marketing strategies.
- Takes necessary measures to ensure promotions are executed effectively to achieve/exceed expected sales results.
- Monitors spending and expense items to ensure budgets are met.
Sales Building and Cost Management:
You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing plans to capitalize on them.

- Works closely with the sales team to execute plans and achieve sales targets.
People Management:
You will lead a team of restaurant staff, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed in their roles.

- Develops and implements training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Provides regular feedback and coaching to help team members improve their performance.
Food Safety / Sanitation:
You will maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation, ensuring that our customers receive safe and healthy food every time they visit us.
- Ensures that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed at all times.
- Maintains critical standards for raw and cooked food quality, beverages, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
- Conducts regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Professional Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with team members and customers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive sales growth and manage costs.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
