Overview As the Senior Human Resource Manager at BYD Singapore, you will lead the HR function with strategic vision to drive organizational success in the dynamic automotive industry. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic HR plans to drive recruitment, retention, and employee engagement aligned with business goals. Lead talent acquisition efforts, overseeing sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of high-caliber candidates. Manage employee relations, resolving complex issues and fostering a collaborative, inclusive workplace environment. Design and implement leadership development and training programs to enhance workforce capabilities. Ensure full compliance with Singapore labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory standards. Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation strategies, ensuring competitiveness and accuracy. Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights for workforce planning and performance optimization. Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational growth and strategic objectives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree strongly preferred). Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior managerial or leadership role. In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws and advanced HR best practices. Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders and diverse teams. Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools. Strategic mindset with the ability to lead independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Experience in the automotive or high-growth industries is highly desirable. About BYD Singapore BYD Singapore Pte.
