Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and highly organized Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. The Secretary will handle daily office tasks, manage schedules and assist with communication between departments and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
  • Prepare, organize, and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner.
  • Assist in preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items for meetings.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred.
