
Social Engagement Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and culturally attuned social engagement manager to drive real-time engagement across social platforms.
This role is responsible for supporting our global social media program as a community facilitator.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and responding to comments, messages, and mentions in real-time.
- Engaging daily with the community by responding to comments, DMs, tags, and shares across all active platforms and forums.
- Leading reputation management efforts, capturing customer questions and feedback on public forums and routing them to the appropriate internal teams.
- Supporting crisis response and reputation management. Escalating issues and managing community sentiment.
- Partnering with customer support and PR teams for issue resolution.
- Tracking engagement metrics and providing insights to improve interaction.
- Developing and implementing engagement campaigns and activations.
- Identifying and engaging with brand advocates and influencers.
- Maintaining our global community guidelines and moderation policies.
- Assisting with social media post scheduling within Sprinklr.

You excel at connecting brands with audiences, shaping how they show up in culture, responding to trends, and fostering meaningful relationships with creators, customers, and partners.
You are extroverted, high energy, and enjoy connecting with new people.
You have great intuition about people and good judgment.
You are enthusiastic about technology products, the potential of AI trends, and/or data usage.
You have a proactive attitude with an ability to manage multiple tasks and creatively solve problems quickly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in mass communications, marketing, or relevant disciplines.
- Hands-on with moderation and escalation workflows.
- Application and utilization of social listening and engagement tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.).
- Execution of exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms and time zones.
- Empathy, diplomacy, and a passion for building community.
