Job Description:

About our team: The Corporate Marketing organization delivers the company's strategic direction and governs branding strategies. This group is responsible for defining marketing priorities and driving end-to-end activation, ensuring alignment with business strategies and key initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced community facilitator to support social media program activities. As the Social Media Community & Engagement Manager, you will foster meaningful relationships with our global audience by managing engagement, monitoring sentiment, and responding to inquiries across social platforms.

  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in real time.
  • Engage daily with the community by responding to comments, DMs, tags, and shares across all active platforms and forums.
  • Lead reputation management efforts, capturing customer questions and feedback on public forums and routing them to internal teams.
  • Support crisis response and reputation management, escalating issues and managing community sentiment.
  • Partner with customer support and PR teams for issue resolution.
  • Track engagement metrics and provide insights to improve interaction.
  • Develop and implement engagement campaigns and activations.
  • Identify and engage with brand advocates and influencers.
  • Maintain community guidelines and moderation policies.

You excel at connecting brands with audiences, shaping their presence in culture, responding to trends, and fostering meaningful relationships with creators, customers, and partners. To be successful in this role, you should have:

Your experience includes:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant experience in mass communications, marketing, or relevant disciplines.
