- **Community Engagement**:Monitor and respond to social media interactions, engage with followers, and manage online community relations.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:Track and analyze social media performance metrics, prepare reports, and provide insights to optimize strategy and improve engagement.
- **Trend Monitoring**:Stay updated on industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure innovative and effective social media practices.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and objectives.
- **Brand Voice**:Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media channels while adapting content to suit platform-specific audiences.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:have experience in social media management, preferably in the consumer goods or manufacturing industry.
- **Skills**:Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.), and analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
- **Creativity**:Strong creative skills with the ability to produce visually appealing and engaging content.
- **Communication**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Analytical**:Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- **Detail-Oriented**:High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
