We are seeking a data-driven and creative **Social Media Manager**to lead our digital presence across platforms like LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, and emerging channels. Your primary focus will be to design and execute lead-generating campaigns that resonate with institutional and retail audiences in the FX and fintech sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, comments, and messages.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive branding.
- Run social media advertising campaigns and manage budgets effectively.
- Engage with influencers and brand advocates to enhance brand reach.
- Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely and consistent posting.
- Conduct competitive analysis and identify growth opportunities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset and ability to create engaging multimedia content.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Proficiency in social media analytics and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing.
- Experience working with e-commerce or FinTech brands or platforms.
- Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.Understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Lead Conversion Rate: Measures the percentage of social media leads that convert into customers.
- Cost Per Lead (CPL): Calculates the total cost spent on acquiring each lead through social media campaigns.
- Engagement Rate: Tracks the level of interaction (likes, comments, shares) with your social media content.Click-Through Rate (CTR): Indicates the percentage of people who clicked on your social media posts or ads.
