**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our social media platforms, creating engaging content, and growing our online presence to drive brand awareness and audience engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to foster community engagement.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and provide insights for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across channels.
- Manage social media ad campaigns and budgets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
- Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design or video editing tools.
