**Job Description**

As a Cybersecurity Chief, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive cybersecurity strategies to protect the organization's digital assets.

About the Job:

  • Lead the development and implementation of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks
  • Develop and implement incident response plans and conduct regular training exercises
  • Manage and oversee the cybersecurity team, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and make recommendations for new security measures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
  • Experience in leading and managing cybersecurity teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
  • Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable
