Overview

This role oversees the planning, execution and delivery of site-wide digital infrastructure deployments. The incumbent will be responsible for driving network systems, server installations, connectivity and ensuring all digital initiatives are aligned with corporate IT architecture and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the planning, execution and delivery of site-wide digital infrastructure deployments (e.g., network systems, server installations, connectivity).
  • Oversee and coordinate the integration of industrial equipment (e.g., sensors, PLCs, manufacturing devices) into the plant's digital network and IT/OT infrastructure.
  • Lead the deployment and migration of telephony systems (VoIP, Unified Communications) in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Establish and manage effective project governance, scope control, resource planning and risk management processes.
  • Maintain project documentation, dashboards and reporting tools to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing digital infrastructure deployments in industrial environments, experience in integrating industrial/manufacturing equipment with digital networks and managing telephony projects.

They should also possess excellent communication skills, be able to prepare business cases, deliver executive presentations and align diverse stakeholders.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Project Management Certification (PMP, Agile or equivalent)
  • Experience in MES, SAP or other enterprise application deployment in a regulated environment
  • Industry experience in Pharma, Life Sciences or Manufacturing with understanding of GxP compliance and validation
