Job Title: Leadership and Digital Transformation Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive digital transformation across our organization. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of cutting-edge technologies that enhance our operational efficiency and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-performing team responsible for local IT service delivery, including recruitment, performance evaluation, and employee development.
  • Serve as a digital business partner for SATAIR Singapore, acting as an interface between business stakeholders and digital teams to ensure the delivery of expected value.
  • Develop and execute the Satair Digital Strategy in collaboration with the global ITSM & Data Management team.
  • Coordinate with international teams to implement global applications within SATAIR Singapore and ensure local adaptation.
  • Drive operational stability of IT services and report on performance to stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital leadership and people management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and coordination skills.
  • Good knowledge of logistics, warehousing, and call center solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, ITSM processes, ERP, and Information Security.
