Job Description

As a seasoned Digital Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing complex initiatives across business, technology, and operations to drive project success. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital project management, agile methodologies, change management, and software project management. Strong knowledge of PRINCE2 and Agile frameworks is also essential. Additionally, the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, operations, and product teams, is critical.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that impact one or across business, technology, and operations.
  • Manage all aspects of Digital project and program engagement from planning, resources planning and budget, change management, risks and issues.
  • Prepare overall implementation plan taking inputs from all stakeholders.
  • Ensure that projects are proceeding according to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities, including chairing project management working committee meetings and facilitating steering committee meetings.
  • Monitor, track, and control outcomes to resolve issues, conflicts, dependencies, and critical path deliverables.
Requirements
  • Digital Project Management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile and PRINCE2 methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
