Digital Transformation Manager

Are you looking to lead the digital transformation of Sustainability and Supply Chain related topics and projects in an innovative, digitally enabled, purpose driven business? Are you passionate about helping customers solve complex challenges and supporting them through critical transformations?

We’re recruiting for a dynamic, growth focused Digital Transformation Manager with proven business / solution development experience ideally in the domain of Life Cycle Assessment / Circular Economy / Sustainability matters.

In this position, you will work on extending DNV's capacity, reach, and efficiency to provide customers with new value-added services around transparency and trust in their supply chains and products. A crucial component of this is to leverage the potential of digitalization.

To achieve this, you will identify regulatory and industry trends and translate them into strategic service offerings. To that end, you will also support the scouting for and establishing of long-term external partnerships with key technology providers so that technology can effectively work on their integration as part of a robust delivery framework.

As Digital Transformation Manager, you will have the opportunity to cover the full spectrum of international value chains ranging from human rights/social metrics, decarbonization/sustainability measurement and reporting, as well as supply chain transparency, safety, and circularity. You will also be energized by serving customers through influencing their sustainability strategy and helping to realize their impact.

Position Qualifications:

- Experience and expertise across the Digital Transformation arena
- Proven business / solution development experience in a client facing role and interacting confidently with decision makers
- Project management track record
- Strong commercial attitude, ability and track record of pricing combined, hybrid offerings with strong business model acumen (time & material, SaaS, BaaS)
- Strong understanding of various Digital Technologies, preferably Blockchain
- Broad understanding of international developments in Supply Chain & Circular Economy
- Experience of Sustainability & Climate Change topics across any of the following areas
- greenhouse gas (GHG) accounting and inventory assessment, product carbon footprint, LCA
Able to manage cross-disciplinary topics and display leadership even in situations of multiple solution spaces to find the ideal response to our customers’ challenges
- Background from a consulting, startup or digital enterprise - or a combination of these
