Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving digital transformation initiatives and making a significant impact on the organization.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of digital transformation strategies, technologies, and best practices. They will be able to plan, coordinate, execute, track and deliver cross-functional initiatives using strong project management skills. Additionally, they will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Manage and oversee project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, workshops, tracking and reporting of key milestones and progress.
  • Drive alignment, coordinate and work closely with business users/stakeholders, technology teams, data chapter teams, etc. to gather necessary elements to enhance operational efficiency, customer and/or employee experience, and process automation.
  • Organize and support in providing project management and governance updates via various forums, working groups, and senior management meetings.
  • Define objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), identify and collect data for onward data analysis, and develop insights to support decision making and strategic planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum Experience: 5 years of experience preferably in the banking industry - consulting or technology for financial services.
  • Banking & Tech knowledge: Ability to understand and interpret Ops processes. Good understanding of consumer and/or corporate banking products and processes will be a plus.
  • Project Management: Be able to plan, coordinate, execute, track and deliver cross-functional initiatives using strong project management skills.
  • Stakeholder & Collaboration Management: Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Data Acumen: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations.
