Job Title:

IT Project Director

Job Description

This is a senior leadership role for an IT project director who will lead digital transformation initiatives. The individual must have extensive experience in managing large-scale cash management & payments IT projects. They should be able to develop and implement digitalization strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and oversee end-to-end project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital transformation strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions.
  • Own the planning and development of the IT Delivery Roadmap, monitoring execution from end-to-end.
  • Manage stakeholder communication at all levels, including senior leadership, employees, customers, and vendors.
Requirements

The ideal candidate must have at least 12 years of experience in project management, preferably in digital transformation. They should have a proven track record in managing large-scale cash management & payments IT or transformation projects.
