Regional Leadership Opportunity

The Regional Leader plays a pivotal role in driving customer success, achieving business growth goals, and promoting a professional community within the South East Asia market.

In this leadership position, you will be accountable for the execution of consulting projects, maintaining client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence and business growth in the region. You will also play a key role in talent acquisition, collaborations, and representing the company as a thought leader in the cybersecurity consulting space.

Responsibilities
  • Drive customer success by overseeing and remaining accountable for all consulting project deliveries, maintaining accountability for engagements and client experience, and building trust with executive stakeholders.
  • Drive business growth and impact across a group of customers within SEA markets by delivering business growth goals and related OKRs through a Go-to-Market plan, building a pipeline through multiple lead sources, and providing regular reports to management.
  • Contribute to building a professional community within and outside the company.
  • Build and maintain collaboration with stakeholders within and outside of the regional business and represent the company at external events in executive circles.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in assessing and developing cybersecurity solutions across multiple security domains.
  • Experience with people management in a consulting or a business environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to develop documentation and explain technical details.
