Job Title: Cybersecurity Leadership Role

The role of an IT Security Manager involves leading the response to security incidents and breaches. This position requires a strong knowledge of information security management frameworks, including ISO 27001/27002, ITIL, COBIT, and NIST.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead incident response efforts and develop timely strategies for mitigation and remediation.
  • Analyze identified incidents, develop comprehensive respond strategies, and prompt reporting of security incidents.
  • Manage active security issues until closure, review security risk assessments, and recommend remediation actions.
  • Conduct performance monitoring and due diligence assessments of security service providers, ensuring all security assessments are conducted in a timely manner.
  • Review threats, vulnerability risk assessments, and participate in audits and assessments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Information Technology, or equivalent education.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in information security domain, preferably with experience in application development or infrastructure operations.
  • Working experience in financial institutions is advantageous; ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
  • Strong knowledge of information security management frameworks and Singapore banking regulatory landscape is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications such as CISSP, CGIT, CISM, CISA, CRISC, CCSP are highly valued.
  • Able to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
