Job Title: Cybersecurity Leadership Role

Cybersecurity is a critical aspect of any organization, and we are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to lead our team in protecting our assets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems and data. This includes conducting risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities, and implementing controls to mitigate threats.

The candidate will also be responsible for leading a team of cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. This includes staying up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies, and ensuring that our cybersecurity program remains relevant and effective.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in incident response, threat hunting, and forensic analysis.

  • Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Elastic, Splunk).

  • Proficiency in network security, malware analysis, and log analysis.

  • Familiarity with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container security.

  • Experience with cloud security tools and AI-powered security analytics (AWS Guard Duty, Azure Sentinel, Google Chronicle).

  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven anomaly detection and behavioral analysis techniques.

  • Knowledge of security solutions (EDR, XDR, NDR, WAF, Proxy, Firewall, Email Security).

  • Scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).

  • Deep understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework, cyber kill chain, and machine learning models for cybersecurity applications.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

  • Able to work under pressure and make decisions quickly.
