Business Development Professional
Job Description:
The successful Business Development Professional will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the electronics industry. This includes analyzing market trends, researching potential customers, and developing strategies to capture new sales.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Focusing on specific market segments to identify high-potential accounts and prospect new customers
- Understanding customer needs to develop targeted business hunting strategies
- Executing product planning and preparing technical sales kits
- Providing support in quotation processes, customer follow-up, and sales/technical discussions with the overseas Business Development team
- Driving revenue growth and managing pipelines to achieve sales quotas
- Conducting market/product research in assigned market segments for business planning
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering discipline
- Proven sales track record in the electronics industry with good interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Over 5 years of experience in sales/marketing, business development, program management, and technical background (preferable)
- Experience conducting market/product research reports and strong statistical analysis skills for market data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant AI tools
- Excellent communication, organization, and planning skills as a team player
