Customer Account & Credit Specialist (Japanese speaking)
A MNC Logistics company is now looking for aCustomer Account & Credit Specialist (Japanese speaking)who is in charge of credit assessment and credit collection.

Job ResponsibilitiesCredit Assessment for new and existing customers
AR follow-up with customers on the payment overdue
Assist in channel customer invoice dispute or payment application to internal team for follow-up
Makes 20 calls per day to customers
Other AR related queries
To be a team player in the operation team to drive process and service improvement with strong and effective communication skills
Job RequirementsDiploma or Degree holder preferred
Preferably with minimum 1-3 years of work experience
Ability to interact with customers via email/phone to achieve work responsibilities
Ability to use internal systems for transactions and Excel
Problem-solving skills
Basic English for internal communication
Proficiency in Japanese language (Spoken and Written) to liaise with Japanese speaking customers in Japan
Experience in customer service or other admin roles will be an advantage
Ability to communicate with customers patiently and precisely
Team player for achieving goals as a team
