About the Role:
This role is part of our Customer Fulfillment Team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience. As a Key Account Manager, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and preferences, and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Understand customer needs and preferences, and identify opportunities to improve customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions to meet customer requirements
- Conduct regular reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range between SGD $8,000 - $12,000 per month, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
