1. Account Senior to Manager
Job Responsibilities:
· Handles several full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL & Reporting), including reconciliations and preparation of schedules
· Assist in timely year end closing accounts.
· Assist in preparation of financial statements and management accounts
· Keying in data entries.
· Prepare and submit quarterly GST report
· Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company
· Handle customers’ queries via email &/or calls
· Monitor customer’s accounts and filling deadline
· Prepare tax schedules and simple income tax computations.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum 3-4 year experience in accounting roles
· Accounting knowledge, Minimum Diploma/Degree/ACCA in Accounting or equivalent
· Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
· Good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels and positive working attitude
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
· Good interpersonal skills and positive working attitude
· We have Chinese clients, and knowledge of English and Mandarin is essential
