Job Title: Business Loan Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Loan Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their loan applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will work closely with our team to achieve company objectives, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate records. You will be responsible for engaging with clients, performing documentation checks, and processing loan applications efficiently.

You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dynamic team, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Requirements

  • N-Level or above qualification (no prior experience required)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to work 6 days a week with 1 off day
  • Numerate and meticulous in handling documentation
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google services
  • Basic knowledge of computing
  • Diligent, responsible, and a strong team player
