Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our reward products business, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and working closely with other analysts to retain and expand client accounts.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other analysts to deliver custom surveys and projects.
  • Conduct analysis on compensation and benefits data to identify trends and provide insights.
  • Design salary structures and engage in advanced rewards consulting projects.
  • Create presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in compensation and rewards consulting.
  • Domain knowledge in Total Rewards, including salary structure and grade leveling.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with various teams and stakeholders.
