**Rewards/Compensation Consulting Specialist (Emerging Markets)**

**We will count on you to**:

- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients in Cambodia for Mercer’s reward products and solutions
- Deliver impeccable stakeholder management and presentation skills to penetrate and grow accounts for survey and data subscriptions in Cambodia
- Upsell other Mercer products to existing clients and explore potential prospects within the industry to continuously grow the database
- Prepare analytical/industry trends and insights/presentations
- Be a client’s contact for queries, clarifications on surveys, Mercer products and services
- Ensure that client’s requests are met in a timely and satisfactorily manner
- Build and maintain strong client relationship with key accounts and/or assigned industries
- Support custom surveys/projects assigned across all domains of total rewards working closely with the industry lead or project managers
- Provide analytics on compensation analysis projects and work on industry level insights and trends
- Build relationships with analysts and senior team members to solve and resolve issues associated with project delivery
- Ensure an increase in survey participation by reaching out to existing clients confirming their participation

**What you need to have**:

- 4 to 6 years of work experience in managing client accounts in the region. Prior experience in consulting and/or working with Cambodia clients would be ideal
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Creativity and independence in developing business development initiatives to increase brand presence
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Ability to travel twice a year
