Job Title: IT Manager - ERP, Infrastructure

As an IT leader, you will oversee and maintain all enterprise-level technology systems, manage and support various software platforms, and lead a team of technical professionals to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain IT operations, infrastructure, and ERP systems (SAP Business One & Microsoft Business Central)
  • Develop and enhance ERP functionality using Crystal Reports and SQL
  • Lead cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance to drive business growth
  • Design and implement internal software applications and public-facing websites to improve customer engagement
  • Perform database administration, ensure system performance, and handle IT procurement
  • Prepare and present IT reports to senior management and support audit activities
  • Maintain compliance with IT procedures, security, and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Information Technology or 2+ years relevant experience
  • Proven track record as a Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, Database Administrator, ERP Analyst & Security Analyst
  • Previous working experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One and Microsoft Business Central
  • 4-6 years' experience in Programming, Specification, Software Design and Implementation of Applications
  • Hands-on experience with at least one full SDLC implementation project
