Job Overview:- Collaborate closely with the front-end design team to complete the chip floorplan, clock architecture, and power plan.
- Lead the physical design tasks from Netlist to GDSII, encompassing P&R, formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, design for reliability, and tapeout.
- Research advanced process nodes and develop an automated physical design platform.
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in electronic engineering, microelectronics, or computer science.
- possess at least 5 years of experience in digital backend design, with hands-on project experience required.
- Preferred candidates will have experience in TCL, Perl, or Python script development, as well as familiarity with EDA tool design.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin are essential.
