Senior IC Backend Design Engineer

  • Collaborate with the front-end design team to create a well-planned chip floorplan, clock architecture, and power plan.
  • Take charge of physical design tasks from netlist to GDSII, including place and route, formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, and design for reliability.
  • Develop and implement advanced physical design methodologies for next-generation process nodes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, microelectronics, or computer science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital backend design, with hands-on project experience required.
  • Familiarity with TCL, Perl, or Python scripting, as well as EDA tool design.
  • Strong communication skills, confidence, and self-motivation.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
