We are partnering a renowned local MNC to recruit for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their high performing team.Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will be the point of contact with the union and ensure harmonious relations between the union, employees, and management team. You will participate in union negotiations, collective agreements, and manage and drive labour relations programmes through dialogue and collaboration with the union. You will manage performance and disciplinary frameworks and policies, conduct and resolve cases, and collect relevant data to provide trends and reports to identify ER hotspots and risks, offering a proactive ER service to serve both the business and HR. This person will liaise with any appropriate employee representatives where needed.To be successful in this role, you will have:At least 4 years’ experience in an industrial relations and/or employee relations role.Excellent communication skills, able to liaise with stakeholders across different levels, both internally and externally.A degree, ideally in HR management or a similar field.Critical: Union experience in a large local corporation.Location:SingaporeThanks for your time.
