Job Overview

As a strategic business leader, you will oversee vendor relationships, product lifecycle management, pricing, promotions, and rebate programs. Your role will drive business development and channel sales across multiple geographies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between our distribution firm and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships, product lifecycle, pricing, promotions, and rebate programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Efficiently onboard new products and SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) to meet demand forecasts and sales plans.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive revenue growth and channel expansion.
  • Identify and recruit new partners/resellers; provide enablement and training to support their success.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to boost product sales and achieve revenue targets.
  • Create and implement product marketing and business plans aligned with vendor goals and market trends.
  • Maintain market awareness, competitor activities, and channel dynamics to inform go-to-market strategies.
  • Recommend bundling, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
  • Coordinate logistics, finance, and inside sales to ensure seamless operations.
  • Ensure inventory levels are optimized based on demand forecasts and sales plans.
  • Monitor sales performance, revenue, GP margins, and partner contribution to inform business decisions.
  • Provide regular reports and dashboards to management and vendors to ensure transparency and accountability.
